Moments Fostering Agency provides a professional service for children and young people in need of short or long term alternative accommodation.

We aim to make a real difference and provide young people with the support they need in order to maximise their true potential. Our carers are experienced and receive ongoing training. They undergo a vigorous professional assessment and are subject to relevant local authority checks.

We offer regular training and 24 hour support to our carers and promote strong working partnerships with parents, carers, local authorities and all other professionals.

Moments have an excellent fostering support team who take on a number of tasks including discussing referrals, attending contact meetings, foster care meetings, statutory reviews, regular home visits and providing a 24 hour telephone support helpline.

  • Personal career development for carers, with training leading to assessment for NVQ Level 3
  • Therapy is available for foster children when it is considered necessary by a social worker and/or foster carer
  • Play and Art Therapy
  • Counselling
  • Child Psychotherapy - All therapists are qualified and affiliated to recognised national organisations
