Moments Fostering Agency has been successfully placing children/young people since the year 2000. We are a select group of professionals that aim to provide short and long term foster placements for children and young people.

We aim to make a difference and provide young people with the support they need in order to maximise their true potential. All our carers are experienced and receive ongoing training. They all undergo a rigorous professional assessment and are subject to relevant local authority checks.

We offer regular training and 24 hour support to our carers and promote strong working partnerships with parents, carers, local authorities and all other professionals.

Within our policy development we always take into account a young person's religious, linguistic, racial and cultural background.

Moments have an excellent fostering support team who take on a number of tasks. Such tasks include discussing referrals, attending contact meetings, foster care meetings, statutory reviews, regular home visits and providing a 24 hour telephone support helpline.

Fostering is a challenging role and requires skills and dedication. We need to encourage more people to become foster carers and make sure that they have the support and skills required to meet the varied and complex needs of looked-after children.
